REFUND / CANCELLATION / DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Cinema Talkies provides digital streaming services only.

We do not sell physical goods or tangible products.
All services are delivered electronically through our website and/or mobile application.

Therefore:

Shipping of physical products is NOT applicable.


2. DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Upon successful subscription or payment:

  • Access to content is granted instantly or within a reasonable activation period.

  • Digital content is streamed online.

  • No downloadable ownership rights are granted.

  • Access is subject to account validity and subscription status.

Users are responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity

  • Compatible devices

  • Account login security

Cinema Talkies is not responsible for local network issues or device incompatibility.


3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of services:

All subscription fees and digital purchases are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once access to digital content has been granted, refunds cannot be issued, except in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical billing error

  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

  • Payment deducted but service not activated

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.


4. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, users must provide:

  • Registered email ID

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment proof

  • Reason for refund

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days.

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

Cinema Talkies reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after review.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation means:

  • No future billing

  • Access continues until current subscription expires

  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

If subscription is purchased via third-party platforms (e.g., app stores), cancellation must follow that platform’s policy.


6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

In case of chargebacks:

  • Accounts may be temporarily suspended.

  • Investigation may be conducted.

  • False disputes may lead to permanent account termination.

Cinema Talkies reserves the right to recover losses arising from fraudulent chargebacks.


7. CREATOR PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refund policies for user subscriptions do not affect:

  • Revenue sharing agreements

  • Creator payout terms

  • Partner contracts

Creator payments are governed by separate agreements.


8. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Temporary downtime

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Network outages

  • Device incompatibility

  • User negligence


9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Cinema Talkies may update this policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
